When will my order be despatched?
Your order will be despatched as soon as we can, usually same day. If custom brass items are ordered and need to be made, this could take around 2-3 weeks.
If your order is urgent then please let us know.
How long do I have to return an item?
For stock items that are not personalised you have 14 days to return the item for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
On the rare occasion that an item is faulty or incorrect when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put this right.
